Modernizing Legacy System
Customers looking to make travel bookings prefer ‘all-in-one-place platforms for their bookings rather than switching their apps for different requirements. In a bid to make travel experiences easier for the customer, travel-related enterprises are increasingly working alongside other organizations through application programming interface (API) integrations.
We at Hubino helped TripFactory to modernize their legacy system. It is a Java based solution which provides a safe platform for the customer data. It plays with web application running in cloud platform to compete recent technology. The system helps to track all the activities related to their agent, franchise or customer and admin’s.
Integrating Major APIs
APIs provide data and enable reservations of airline seats, car rentals, hotels, cruises, ferries, railways, ground transport among many other things. This helps resellers of travel services to connect to one API rather than having to interface with each individual service provider.
We helped TripFactory travel industry to integrate major APIs in their application to provide better customer service. The system now is integrated will major API’s like Hotel (ExpediaRapid, DesertAdventures) and Flight (TravelFusion, AirArabia, Go Fly Smart, Duffel, AirSwift, OmanAir). It is also integrated with major Payment Gateway (DragonPay – Phillipines, OmanNet – Oman, MPGS – Oman, PayFort – UK, AirArabia Agent Pay – UAE, aeroMart Pay – UAE).
